The conditions imposed by the Local Health District were made a part <br /> of the approval : <br /> 1. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test and a minimum <br /> dewage disposal area are required for Local Health District approval . <br /> A permit for the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br /> 2. An approved domestic water well must be installed on Parcel A under <br /> permit and inspection of the Local Health District at the time said <br /> parcel is sold. <br /> 3. An Improvement Plan must be approved by the Local Health District prior <br /> to the recording of the final map.
