The conditions imposed by the Local Health District were made a part <br /> of the approval : <br /> 1. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test and a minimum <br /> dewage disposal area are required for Local Health District approval . <br /> A permit for the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br /> 2. An approved domestic water well must be installed on Parcel A under <br /> permit and inspection of the Local Health District at the time said <br /> parcel is sold. <br /> 3. An Improvement Plan must be approved by the Local Health District prior <br /> to the recording of the final map. The Improvement Plan must show the <br /> location of the required sewage disposal area and the proposed location <br /> of the well . <br /> Since approval of this permit included San Joaquin Local Health District conditions , <br /> you are hereby advised that the condition, shall be riiet prior to utilization of the <br /> approved land use. <br /> If the decision is appealed to Ow M,ird of Supervisors , the filing of the appeal <br /> stays the issuance of this permit )r ,iny other permits until the appeal has been <br /> decided by the Board. <br /> I f you have any questions rc a,rrd i r,', th i s I','t for r,t l l ( 'U I) 466-6781 . <br /> Jog Khanna , M.D. , M.
