HOLFMAN <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the submittal of the Parcel Map to the <br /> County Surveyor . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . A 10 foot wide roadway dedication is required on Louise <br /> Avenue along the frontage of the property as shown on <br /> tentative parcel map . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Local Health District on <br /> Parcel A. <br /> 2 . This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test on parcel A and a minimum sewage disposal <br /> area are required for Local Health District approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation test from the Health District is <br /> required . <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . A Notice of Nonrenewal of the Williamson Act Contract shall <br /> be filed on parcel A. A copy of this Notice shall be <br /> submitted to the Planning Division. <br /> NOTE: Payment of school fees may be required prior to issuance of <br /> building permits . Contact the Manteca School District for <br /> specific fee requirements . <br />
