Generators of HW must have an active EPA ID#. Correct <br /> immediately by contacting Department of Toxic Substances Control to obtain an active EPA ID# for this <br /> facility. Minor-Notice to Comply. <br /> #20 The drum of used oil did not have marked the hazardous property or the accumulation start date. <br /> Containers of HW must be labeled with 1. Hazardous Waste 2. generator name and address 3. contents <br /> 4. physical state 5. hazardous properties 6. accumulation start date. Correct immediately by ensuring <br /> that all containers of HW are marked with the required information. Class 2 repeat violation. <br /> #23(3) The drum of drained used oil filters was left open and lacked an accumulation start date. <br /> Containers of drained used oil filters must be labeled as "drained used oil filters", marked with an <br /> accumulation start date, and kept closed. Joe Weber corrected this during the inspection by having the <br /> drained used filters placed into a drum, labeled as drained used oil filters, marked with an accumulation <br /> start date, and then closed the drum. Continue to ensure that drained used oil filters are properly <br /> managed. Corrected on site. <br /> #23(4) The drum of drained used oil filters lacked an accumulation start date and the most recent <br /> disposal record for drained used oil filters is dated 8-28-06. Less than one ton of drained used oil filters <br /> must be disposed of within one year of the accumulation start date. Correct immediately by properly <br /> disposing of the drained used oil filters. Submit a copy of the disposal record to this office by 11-19-10. <br /> Continue to ensure that drained used oil filters are properly managed. Minor-Notice to Comply. <br /> #50 The drum of used oil lacked an accumulation start date and the most recent disposal record for <br /> used oil is dated 4-9-09. Small HW generators must dispose of HW within 180 days of the accumulation <br /> start date. Correct immediately by properly disposing of the drained used oil filters. Submit a copy of the <br /> disposal record to this office by 11-19-10. Continue to ensure that HW is properly managed. Minor- <br /> Notice to Comply. <br /> #52 The modified contingency plan was not observed. Small HW generators must have a modified <br /> contingency plan. Karen Kammerer corrected this during the inspection by completing the modified <br /> contingency plan form and posting it near the facility phone. As a small HW generator, continue to <br /> ensure that the completed modified contingency plan is posted near the facility phone.
