CHP has
requested Real Estate Services Division (RESD) to initiate contracts to prepare
work plans as per your requirements. We are currently in the process of
selecting environmental engineering consultants to do the subsurface
investigations and site remediations. We are writing this letter to request
extension of time to contract this work with the selected consultant.
It is expected that the consultant selection process will be completed by the end
of July 1999. As soon as we have consultants on board we will make the
assignments to prepare and submit approvable work plans to conduct subsurface
investigations.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please feel free to call me if you
have any questions at (916) 323-5816.
Sincerely,
44ur
A. K.
