ANALYTICAL METHODS, OFFICIAL LABORATORY REPORTS, <br /> AND CHAIN OF CUSTODY RECORDS <br /> ANALYTICAL METHODS - All analyses were performed by a state-certified laboratory in <br /> accordance with the following methods: <br /> Sample Analysis Soil Water <br /> Total Petroleum DHS Method DHS Method <br /> Hydrocarbons(TPH-G) (modified EPA Method 8015) (modified EPA Method 8015) <br /> Benzene, Toluene, <br /> Ethylbenzene, and <br /> Total Xylenes(BTEX) EPA Method 8020 EPA Method 8020 <br /> Methyl tertiary-butyl- N/A EPA Method 8020& <br /> ether(MTBE) EPA Method 8240 <br /> OFFICIAL LABORATORY REPORTS AND QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL <br /> (QA/QC)REPORTS <br /> Official laboratory and QA/QC reports are provided by the state-certified laboratory performing the <br /> analyses. The QA/QC reports for samples from each group of analyses completed for a single gas <br /> chromatograph calibration are provided. <br /> CHAIN OF CUSTODY PROTOCOL <br /> Chain of Custody protocol was followed for all samples selected for laboratory analysis. The Chain of <br /> Custody form(s) accompanies the samples from the sampling locality to the laboratory, providing a <br /> continuous record of possession prior to analysis. <br />
