SITE HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> Site Assessment <br /> CHP Stockton <br /> 3330 North Ad Art Road <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> 1.0 PLAN SUMMARY <br /> This Site Health and Safety Plan (SHSP) establishes responsibilities, requirements, and procedures for the protection of <br /> personnel while performing activities at the above-referenced site. This site-specific plan conforms with the Alton <br /> Geoscience Corporate Health and Safety Plan, Hazard Communication Program, and Injury and Illness Prevention <br /> Program(IIPP). <br /> During site work, the use of proper health and safety procedures, in accordance with applicable Cal/OSHA regulations <br /> shall be required. Site-specific conditions may necessitate modification of the SHSP; however, except in emergency <br /> situations no deviations from the plan may be implemented without the prior notification and approval of the Site Safety <br /> Officer(SSO). <br /> 2.0 SITE INFORMATION <br /> This SHSP considers the physical, chemical, and environmental hazards that may be encountered during work activities <br /> at the site. Operations associated with this SHSP will be conducted in accordance with an approved workplan.
