Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> WORK PLAN FOR SOIL SAMPLING AT PROPERTY AT STATION KHOP-FM <br /> TRACY TRANSMITTER SITE <br /> McLaren/Hart is submitting this work plan for performing soil sampling and analyses <br /> at the above site. Sampling and analyses will be performed to meet the requirements <br /> of the client (Fuller-Jeffrey Broadcasting Corporation). <br /> The scope of work is to sample soil at a depth below the base level and <br /> downgradient of the underground storage tank (UST) at the site. The samples are <br /> to be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons(TPH),and the analytical results are <br /> to be submitted to the client in a report. This scope of work is divided into the <br /> following tasks. <br /> Task 1: Site Safety and Health Plan <br /> Prior to any work at the site, a Site Safety and Health Plan(SSHP) must be prepared <br /> and adhered to pursuant to the Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency <br /> Response Standard (29 CFR 1910.120) and McLaren/Hart policies and procedures. <br /> The purpose of the SSHP will be to protect onsite workers from the physical and <br /> chemical hazards that may be encountered during the course of drilling and sampling <br /> procedures. A copy of this SSHP is attached to this work plan. <br /> Task 2: Subcontract Preparation <br /> Subcontracts will be prepared for a drilling company to drill two soil borings <br /> downgradient of the UST.
