His primary responsibilities have been in <br /> technical direction and management of large multi - discipline <br /> projects involving up to several hundred engineers and scientists <br /> engaged in assessment , design, and remediation in the western <br /> United States. Mr . Dietz specializes in turn key projects involv- <br /> ing waste management investigations , development of alternatives <br /> including cost and schedule, design of remedial measures necessary <br /> for mitigation of soil and/or groundwater problems, performance <br /> chemical treatments on-site of both soil and groundwater to mini- <br /> mize cost of off-site disposal and direction of remediation <br /> through closure certification and negotiations with regulatory <br /> agencies. Mr. Dietz is familiar with both EPA and California <br /> state regulations, which are used in both the evaluation and <br /> design of alternatives as well as negotiations with regulatory <br /> agencies. <br /> Mr . Dietz has thirty years of experience in project management, <br /> engineering, quality assurance, material control, construction, <br /> remediation, and chemical waste treatment .
