Copies of the inspection reports are enclosed for your records. <br /> With the improvements completed the dairy may have the potential of being operated in compliance <br /> with the General Waste Discharge Requirements for Milk Cow Dairies, Order No. 96-270. However, to <br /> update the General Waste Discharge Requirements, a new- Report of Waste Discharge must be submitted <br /> to reflect the current operator and current conditions at the dairy. Therefore, you are requested to <br /> complete and submit the enclosed Form 200 and Standard Dairy Questionnaire. You may also seek <br /> continued coverage under the General Waste Discharge Requirements by completing and submitting the <br /> enclosed Notice of Intent (NOI). Your Report of Waste Discharge must also be accompanied by a <br /> $2000 filing fee.
