If you find the attached LUC acceptable, please sign <br /> and return the original to DTSC, attention Mr. Jerry Lile, for DTSC's signature. Once DTSC <br /> signs the LUC, the original signed copy will be returned to Mercy Housing California for <br /> recording with San Joaquin County (County). Mercy Housing California shall then record the <br /> LUC, with all referenced Exhibits, with the County within the (10) days of receipt of the <br /> signed originals. <br /> Once recorded, Mercy Housing California shall provide two certified copies of the deed <br /> restriction to DTSC.
