the facility, or to a new position at the facility; D. Facility <br /> personnel had not taken part in an annual review of the initial <br /> training. <br /> E. The facility did not maintain a written description of <br /> the type and amount of both introductory and continuing training <br /> that will be given to each person filling a position listed under <br /> Title 22 , California Code of Regulations, Section 67105 (d) (1) ; F. <br /> The facility did not maintain records that document that the <br /> training or job experience required under Title 22 , California <br /> Code of Regulations, Section 67105 (a) (b) and (c) has been given <br /> to, and completed by, facility personnel . <br /> 2 . 2 . The Respondent violated Section 67243 (a) of Title 22 , <br /> California Code of Regulations in that on September 16, 1987 the <br /> bag on the floor of the magazine holding the hazardous waste was <br /> not closed. <br /> 2 . 3 . The Respondent violated Section 67244 of Title 22 , <br /> California Code of Regulations in that in the period immediately <br /> preceding September 16, 1987 the facility did not inspect, at <br /> least weekly, areas where containers are stored, looking for <br /> leaking containers and for deterioration of containers and the <br /> containment system caused by corrosion or other factors. <br /> 2 . 4 . The Respondent violated Section 66508 (a) (3) and <br /> (c) (1) (2) (3) of Title 22 , California Code of Regulations in that <br /> on September 16, 1987 the bag on the floor of the magazine <br /> containing the hazardous waste was not labeled with the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste" ; composition and physical state of the waste; <br /> 3 <br />
