California Code of Regulations in that on January 6, 1988 the <br /> facility did not have a written estimate of the cost of closing <br /> the facility. <br /> 2 . 11. The Respondent violated Section 67495 of Title 22 , <br /> California Code of Regulations in that in the period immediately <br /> preceding January 6, 1988 the facility did not analyze any waste <br /> which they did not previously treat in their thermal process to <br /> enable them to establish operating conditions and to determine <br /> the type of pollutants which might be emitted. <br /> SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br /> 3 . Based on the foregoing DETERMINATION OF VIOLATIONS, IT <br /> IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: <br /> 3 . 1. 1. Within 30 days of the effective date of this Order <br /> Respondent shall provide evidence in writing to the Department <br /> the following: <br /> 1. The facility provides classroom instructions or <br /> on-the-job training which teaches facility personnel hazardous <br /> waste management procedures and to perform their duties in a way <br /> that ensures the facility' s compliance with the requirements of <br /> California Code of Regulations, Title 22 ; <br /> 2 . Facility personnel are given the training required under <br /> the California Code of Regulations, Section 67105 (a) six months <br /> from their date of employment or assignment to the facility, or <br /> to a new position at the facility; <br /> 3 . Facility personnel take part in an annual review of the <br /> 5 <br />
