When oil filters are generated on-site they will be stored in a closed, rainproof <br /> container and labeled s"Drained Used Oil Filters"and marked with an accumulation start date. <br /> FINDING #701 — HAZkRDOUS WASTE STORED ON-SITE IN EXCESS OF 180 DAYS: Used oil and <br /> oily debris drums containing hazardous waste have been stored on-site since September 141n, <br /> 2012. The used oil was picked up by Ramos Environmental Services on April 10`n,2014, Bill of <br /> Lading (service ordep #143448) is attached. Oily debris was picked up by Clean Harbors on <br /> May 6`n,2014, Manif�st Tracking#007463347FLE attached. <br /> FINDING 9812 — UNIVERSAL WASTE TRACKING: Universal waste tracking logs were not <br /> available for review. All universal waste generated at the campus is transported by SUSD <br /> personnel to the Corporate Yard located at 1944 North El Pinal Drive, Stockton, CA 95205. <br /> These shipments are scheduled based on work orders placed by the school. The work orders are <br /> used as a means to track all universal waste shipments. Work orders include date universal <br /> waste was shipped off-site (Completion Date) and type and amount of waste (Work Requested). <br /> Work orders from 2011 to present are included. <br /> SUSD has developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) for district sites that generate <br /> universal and hazardous waste.
