Immediately provide an eye wash station equipment and maintain on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Containers of hazardous waste not labeled properly <br /> - One white 5 gallon contain r of chem waste in the chemistry F3 Room did not have hazardous property or physical <br /> state. This was corrected on site. <br /> - One white 5 gallon container of metal brake shavings in the auto shop did not have hazardous property or physical <br /> state. This was corrected on site. <br /> - One black 55 gallon drum of used motor oil outside the auto shop did not have hazardous property or physical state. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "HazardousWaste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 14, 20113. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environ ental Reporting System (CERS) at hftp://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
