A field inspection of the project site <br /> revealed that there are structures on the property that are not <br /> indicated on the tentative map. This includes two buildings that <br /> appear to be abandoned and a mobilehome. <br /> In addition, the tentative map indicates a 30 ' easement for road- <br /> way purposes; however, the submitted deed refers to a 15 ' wide <br /> Right of Way for road purposes. <br /> Prior to approval of the minor subdivision application, the Planning <br /> Division requires that a revised tentative map showing all existing <br /> structures be submitted. Also provide documentation that the <br /> mobilehome was installed according to County ordinance. If you <br /> have additional documents that show you have access to a 30 ' easement, <br /> please submit them. <br /> If we have not received the required information by May 11 , 1987 , <br /> we will consider the application withdrawn.
