Bender <br /> USE: Minor subdivision <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Parcel A. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation <br /> test and a minimum sewage disposal area are required for Local Health <br /> District approval . A permit for the percolation test from the Health <br /> District is required. <br /> 2. Parcel B. The existing pit well on Parcel B must be destroyed or the <br /> casing extended 12 inches above grade and the excavation filled with <br /> earth or sand.
