You have the following alternatives: <br /> 1. Re-percolate the parcel in a more suitable area. <br /> 2. Percolate the parcel at a depth greater than thirty six inches <br /> but not to exceed twenty five feet. A percolation rate of no <br /> greater than thirty minutes per inch must be obtained in order <br /> to utilize seepage pit. Seepage pits must have a minumum of a <br /> ten foot distance to first water. <br /> 3.
