Under the recently-adopted County <br /> Development Policies , the following minimum requirements are appli- <br /> cable for sewage disposal, water supply and storm drainage services : <br /> Sewage Disposal: Sewage disposal shall be provided by a <br /> wastewater treatment plant. <br /> Water Supply: Water supply and pressure shall be adequate <br /> for fire protec- tion. <br /> ° Storm Drainage: Drainage shall be provided in conformity <br /> with the drainage criteria of the Public Works Department. <br /> Of the 80 acres planned for industrial development, only Parcel <br /> B, containing 7 . 7 acres , is contemplated for development in the <br /> near future. A Development Plan Application has been submitted, <br /> although not yet determined complete, to develop Parcel B with <br /> a truck termininal and warehouse use. Any service requirements <br /> established for MS-87-47 should be keyed to the type of develop- <br /> ment contemplated for Parcel B. Service requirements should take <br /> into account the possibility that the proposed use of Parcel B <br /> may change and that the remaining 62 acres of planned industrial <br /> land may be developed with any of the uses permissible in the <br /> M-1 zone. <br />
