All well abandonment will be carried out in <br /> compliance with requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, and the <br /> requirements of the California Well Standards, including Part III, Destrnctiou of Mmitorbig Wells,Bulletin <br /> 74-90 (Supplement to Bulletin 74-81).
