CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-87-43 <br /> MARTIN A. SCHULER <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a . The Rules and Regulations of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 549 shall be met before recordation of <br /> the final map . <br /> b. Construction of a public water supply well under permit <br /> and inspection by the Local Health District is <br /> required . Public wells are subject to a yearly permit , <br /> environmental health fee and inspection by the Local <br /> Health District upon development . <br /> C. Submit a Registered Engineered design plan to the San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District for review. Plans for <br /> the development shall include the well location , water <br /> distribution system and all subsurface sewage disposal <br /> fields upon development . <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> Prior to recordation of the final map , the following <br /> conditions shall be met : <br /> a. A Notice of Nonrenewal shall be filed on Parcel A . <br /> b . A written agreement for joint management of Parcel A <br /> and Parcel B shall be executed between the owner— <br /> operator and the family member pursuant to Section <br /> 51230 . 1 of the Government Code . <br /> C . Parcel B shall be a surveyed , lettered parcel <br /> 4 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a . All South San Joaquin Irrigation District easements <br /> shall be shown on the final map . <br /> NOTE: See attached letter for additional information. <br /> FINALND <br />
