APN 021-200-23 <br /> Parcel Address <br /> EBMUD agrees upon the completion of any work hereunder to restore as near as possible <br /> the surface of the ground to the condition in which it was prior to the commencement of <br /> said work, including backfilling all holes and pits, seeding or landscaping as necessary, and <br /> distributing or removing excess soil removed during drilling. EBMUD will leave the <br /> premises in a clean and orderly condition and will repair, replace, or compensate for any <br /> existing improvements that may have been damaged during the course of the work. <br /> Project team members and the project consultant have been thoroughly instructed in proper <br /> field procedures and conduct. The following rules will be followed: <br /> ■ Property owners will be given at least 24 hours' notice by telephone or mail <br /> prior to entry.
