EBMUD will leave the <br /> premises in a clean and orderly condition and will repair, replace, or compensate for any <br /> existing improvements that may have been damaged during the course of the work. <br /> Project team members and the project consultant have been thoroughly instructed in proper <br /> field procedures and conduct. The following rules will be followed: <br /> ■ Property owners will be given at least 24 hours' notice by telephone or mail <br /> prior to entry.
