The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Garrett Backus at (209)468-2986 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Verify 87 secondary line vacuum sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring <br /> system must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the <br /> requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety <br /> Code. <br /> b. Verify the Diesel line integrity by conducting a pressure test. Test the primary pipe <br /> following the manufacturer's guidelines. The monitoring panel can be programmed <br /> to perform a 0.1 gallon per hour line test to satisfy this requirement. <br /> c. Before backfill of the excavation, visual inspection of the 87 turbine and fill sumps <br /> after interstitial fluid refill. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br />
