Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable <br /> permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to this office for approval prior to commencing work. All <br /> new addenda supercede the previous ones. <br /> 3. At least one person who holds a current International Code Council (ICC)UST Service <br /> Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all components <br /> installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br /> 4. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from <br /> the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 5. Contact this office for the following inspections at least 48 hours in advance: <br /> a. Primary piping soap test for replaced component. <br /> 6. Complete and submit a copy of a UST Installation Certificate of Compliance(Former <br /> Form C)for the 87 tank no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br /> 7.
