Two similar proposals were submitted for review on this <br /> property. (MS-86-9 and MS-86-75) <br /> 2 . The last proposal was reviewed on April 30 , 1986 and proposed <br /> two parallel private roads to serve Parcels B and C. The <br /> Development Committee recommended a revised map be submitted <br /> providing for a private road improved to County standards. <br /> (A 50 ' right-of-way with 32 ' of paving and a cul de sac. ) <br /> 3 . This latest proposal meets code requirements regarding minimum <br /> lot area and width. <br /> 4 . The existing "barn" on Parcel A should be labeled a storage <br /> building if not used for the keeping of animals. No dimensions <br /> are indicated from the future property lines. A 10 ' minimum <br /> rear yard setback is required in the RR Zones. <br /> NOTE: The Local Health District expressed some concern due <br /> to proximity of existing private airport to the south; <br /> also potential noise element and hazardous waste from <br /> airport operations. <br /> DD: jdh <br />
