Two tote boxes containing waste paint containers not covered and labeled. <br />Corrected 5/27/15 <br />2. One 55 gallon drum labeled drained used oil filters had rags and absorbents in it. <br />Rags and absorbents removed and put into another 55 gallon drum and labeled <br />correctly. Corrected 5/27/15 <br />3. One 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste solids was missing accumulation date. <br />Accumulation date posted. Corrected 5/27/15 <br />4. One 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste liquids was missing accumulation date. <br />Accumulation date posted. Corrected 5/27/15 <br />5. Sixteen (15) one cubic yard totes of sand blast wasted adjacent to the old sand <br />blast area were not labeled. Owner and Garrett Backus returned to site and <br />removed covers to show that totes are labeled. Done 5/27/15. On 5/28/15 the <br />totes will be moved into position where labels are showing. Some or all will be <br />relabeled due to fading ink. Arrangements have been made with Safety Kleen <br />5/28,'2015 <br />
