One box of paint containers was labeled "hazardous waste" only. <br />2. One box of paint containers, next to (1) was not labeled. The owner stated that these containers are handled as <br />hazardous waste. <br />3. One 55 -gallon drum partially full of rags / pads with paint or resin was labeled as "drained used oil filters". <br />4. One 55 -gallon drum of hazardous waste solids was only missing the accumulation start date. <br />5. One 55 -gallon drum of hazardous waste liquid was only missing the accumulation start date. <br />6. Fourteen one cubic yard totes of sand- blast waste adjacent to the old sand -blast area were not labeled. The <br />owner stated that sand -blast operations ceased at the site in 2013. <br />Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored <br />on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler <br />to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />605 <br />CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br />The following hazardous waste containers were not completely labeled: <br />1. One box of paint containers was labeled "hazardous waste" only. <br />2. One box of paint containers, next to (1) was not labeled. The owner stated that these containers are handled as <br />hazardous waste. <br />3.
