❑ TENTATIVE MAP CHECK LIST The Tentative Map must be drawn on an 18" X 26" reproducible material. 1. ❑ North point, date of drawing and scale. Use an engineer ' s scale (i .e. , l" to 101 , 1" to 301 , etc ) . The direction of "north" should be shown pointing towards the top. 2. ❑ Location, names and widths of all streets and easements bor- dering on the property with access details. If adjacent to a specific plan street, future widths must be shown. 3 . ❑ All existing and proposed property lines or boundary lines of the parcel with dimensions . Label each Parcel A, B, C, etc. , and indicate the net acreage of each . 4 . ❑ A vicinity map showing the location of the property in rela- tion to surrounding streets . 5. ❑ Name, signature, address and telephone number of owner; the name, address and telephone number of the subdivider, surveyor and engineer filing the map. 6. ❑ The location and use of each existing building or structure and their relationship (i .e. , distance from) to the parcel lines being proposed. 7 . ❑ The location of existing and proposed on or offsite wells, septic tanks, leach fields, irrigation lines , underground structures within 150 ' of project boundaries, and all easements on the deed (public utilities, etc . ) and distance from proposed lot lines . 8 . ❑ The source and location of domestic water supply and the name of the supplier . (Include a "will-serve" letter from serving entity if project is in an Urban Center . ) 9 . ❑ The method of sewage disposal proposed. ( Include a "will-serve" letter from the serving entity if project is in an Urban Center . ) NOTE : A. If septic tanks are proposed, the leach field areas shall be shown on the map. B. If a sewer system is proposed, the means of connecting to the sewer system and the name of supplier of sewage disposal shall be set forth on the map. The location of any sewage treatment system or plant within the minor subdivision shall be shown and the method of sewage treatment shall be stated. 10 .❑ Type of street improvements and utilities proposed.
