Upon completion of sampling activities, the boring will be <br /> backfilled to the surface with a neat cement grout. <br /> For planning purposes, one soil and one grab groundwater sample will be collected from the <br /> boring and will be submitted under chain-of-custody documentation to a California Department of <br /> Public Health Services-certified laboratory for the following analysis: <br /> • Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Diesel (TPHd) and Motor Oil (TPHmo)using EPA <br /> Method 8015M <br /> • Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Gasoline(TPHg)and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) <br /> using EPA Method 8260B <br /> • LUFT metals using EPA Method 6010 (soil sample only) <br /> Sample analyses will be conducted on a standard turnaround basis. The results of direct-push <br /> sampling activities will be provided to the SJCEHD and the RWQCB in a Tank Removal Report <br /> upon completion of the sampling activities proposed in this letter. <br /> WKA is prepared to initiate the scope of work outlined in this letter upon approval of the <br /> attached permit application.
