Center Mart - 5Su Super CENEID 17 March 2016
p E
701 East Charter Way
Stockton, San Joaquin County 12 2 Lu
ENv1RONEMENT
As detailed in the table above, in addition to being exempt due to being an active service
station, concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons in the one round of soil gas samples did
not exceed LTCP screening levels. Soil gas data is presented on Table 4 and soil gas
sample locations are depicted on Figure 7.
8. San Joaquin County Local Over-Site Program staff determined the Site to be eligible for
closure on 14 April 2015, and requested distribution of a Fact Sheet to interested parties for
public comment. The Fact Sheet was distributed on 15 May 2015 notifying the recipients
that a request for no further action was being considered and informed them of how to
submit any comments or questions. The public comment period ended on 15 July 2015. No
comments were received by San Joaquin County staff during the 60-day public comment
period, and no comments were received by Regional Water Board staff.
9. The remaining 10 groundwater monitoring wells, four vapor extraction wells, and two
groundwater extraction wells were destroyed in January 2016.
Recommendations
Based on available data, the Site meets the State Water Board's Low Threat Closure Policy.
Groundwater concentrations appear to be stable to declining. Site data does not exceed the
dermal contact and outdoor air, and indoor air vapor intrusion screening criteria outlined in the
LTCP. Remaining Site wells will be destroyed prior to issuance of the NFA letter.
Attachment(s):
Figure 1 —Location Map
Figure 2 — Site Plan
Figure 3 — Groundwater Elevation
Figure 4 — Dissolved TPH-G
Figure 5 — Dissolved Benzene
Figure 6 — Dissolved MTBE
Figure 7 — Site Plan (Soil Gas Sample Locations)
Table 1 — Groundwater Elevations
Table 2 —Analytical Results of Groundwater Samples
Table 3 —Analytical Results of Soil Samples
Table 4—Analytical Results of Soil Vapor Samples
Attachment A — DPE Data and System Layout Map
Attachment B — GeoTracker Post Remedial Trend Graphs
Attachment C — CPT Data
