PHS/EHD approves the plan with the following comment . <br /> Sampling of the stockpiled soil was proposed. as 4 samples <br /> composited to one sample for every 100 cubic yards of soil . The <br /> soil is proposed to be disposed of at F6rward Landfill . If the <br /> plan for disposition of the soil changes, more sampling may he <br /> required. <br /> PHS/EHD will conduct public notificatioL for the proposed <br /> corrective action.
