(Cambria)prepared this work plan on behalf of Equiva <br /> Services LLC as discussed during our June 19, 2001 meeting with San Joaquin County Public <br /> { <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD) and Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) staff. The scope of work presented in this work plan <br /> will comply with SJCPHS/EHD and RWQCB guidelines. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject site is located on the southeast corner of West Kettleman Lane and Hutchins Street <br /> in a primarily commercial area of Lodi, California (Figure 1). The current site layout includes a <br /> station building, five dispensers, and an underground fuel storage tank (U8T) complex <br /> (Figure 2).
