(Cambria) prepared this revised work plan on <br /> behalf of Equiva Services LLC (Equiva) as discussed during Cambria's and Equiva's <br /> February 22, 2001 meeting with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> 1 , <br /> (RWQCB). The scope of work presented in this work plan will comply with San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services, Environmental. Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD) and RWQCB <br /> j guidelines. <br /> i <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> Site Description: The subject site is located on the southeast corner of West Kettleman Lane <br /> and Hutchins Street in a primarily commercial area of Lodi, California (Figure 1). The <br /> 1 current site layout includes a station building, five dispensers, and an underground fuel storage <br /> tank (UST) complex (Figure 2). The service station was previously owned by Shell Oil <br /> Products Company, who transferred ownership to Equilon Enterprises LLC (Equilon) <br /> effective January 1, 1998.
