(Cambria) prepared this work plan on behalf of I <br /> Equiva Services LLC (Equiva)as requested during Cambria's December 8, 2000 meeting with <br /> the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and in the subsequent i <br /> December 11, 2000 RWQCB correspondence. The scope of work presented in this work <br /> plan will comply with San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division(SJCPHS/EHD)and RWQCB guidelines. <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> k <br /> Site Description: The subject site is located on the southeast corner of West Kettleman Lane <br /> and Hutchins Street in a primarily commercial area of.Lodi, California .(Figure 1). The <br /> current site layout includes a station building, five dispensers, and an underground fuel storage <br /> tank (UST) complex (Figure 2). The service station was previously owned by Shell Oil <br /> Products Company, who transferred ownership to Equilon Enterprises LLC (Equilon) <br /> effective January 1, 1998. In early 1999, Equilon transferred the lease for the station to the <br /> dealer, who now operates the station independently of Equilon. <br /> I <br /> OaklandPrevious Investigations: During January 1999, Triangle Construction of Sacramento, <br /> , CA <br /> San Ramon, CA California removed the gasoline USTs, dispensers, and associated piping. Cambria observed <br /> Sonoma, CA the UST removal on January 19, 1999 and collected samples from the tank excavation <br /> r <br /> bottom and from beneath the former dispensers, product'piping, vapor recovery piping, and <br /> Cambria <br /> Environmental vent dines on January 22, 1999. Based on the analytical results from these soil samples, <br /> Technology,Inc. Cambria returned to the site on February 4, 1999 and conducted over-excavation in several <br /> locations. Soil samples were collected subsequent to over-excavation.
