(Cambria) prepared this work plan on behalf of <br /> Equiva Services LLC in response to the September 22, 2000 San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD) facsimile requesting <br /> additional monitoring wells at this site. The scope of work presented in this work plan will <br /> 1 comply with SJCPHS/EHD and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB)guidelines. <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> Eg <br /> Site Description: The subject site is located on the southeast corner of West Kettleman Lane <br /> and Hutchins Street in a primarily commercial area of Lodi, California (Figure 1): The site <br /> layout includes a station building, five dispensers, and an.underground fuel storage tank (UST) <br /> complex (Figure 2). The service station was previously owned by Shell Oil Products <br /> Company, who transferred ownership to Equilon Enterprises LLC (Equilon) effective <br /> 1 <br /> January 1, 1998. In early 1999, Equilon sold the station to the dealer. The dealer now owns <br /> l <br /> and operates the station as an independent dealer. <br /> Oakland, CA previous Investigations: In September 1989, Aegis Environmental Consultants (Aegis) of <br /> San Ramon, CA <br /> S o n o m a, CA Roseville, California drilled 15 soil borings in preparation for a proposed tank replacement <br /> Portland, OR project. Total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) and benzene were detected in one <br /> boring, at 10 feet below grade (fbg) in the northwestern portion of the site at concentrations <br /> Cambria <br /> Environmental of 1,060 and 1.810 parts per million (ppm), respectively.
