Tri-Regional Staff <br /> Recommendations and LUFT Field Manual .1 should be utilized in <br /> preparation of a "SOIL CONTAMINATION WORKPLAN" or a "PRELIMINARY <br /> REPORT" which is to be submitted to this office by August 10, 1990. <br /> Include in all proposals and reports a sitelispecific health and <br /> safety plan describing personal protectioh!: f or,i all field personnel. <br /> (See 29 CFR 1910- 120 of OSHA regulations.1) <br /> This protection should include the use of personal protective <br /> equipment such as coveralls, gloves, 'steel toe and shank shoes <br /> or boots (leather or chemical resistant material) , safety <br /> glasses, and ' hard hats.
