Box 388 Stockton, CA 95201-0388 4CIFp'R�' <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> October 14, 1996 <br /> i <br /> I <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> r <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a soil remediation plan for possible <br /> sail contamination from the underground :storage tanks (UST) <br /> located at 420 Kettleman Lane, Lodi has ''beeni. reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for the excavation of <br /> soil which may have been contaminated due to unauthorized <br /> releases from the UST which are located 'on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tenative determination that the plan is in <br /> compliance with local, State and Federallaws and regulations and <br /> that the resultant work will not create '!significant adverse i <br /> environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> i <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHS/EKD, <br /> 304 E.
