The plan is a proposal for the excavation of <br /> soil which may have been contaminated due to unauthorized <br /> releases from the UST which are located 'on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tenative determination that the plan is in <br /> compliance with local, State and Federallaws and regulations and <br /> that the resultant work will not create '!significant adverse i <br /> environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> i <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHS/EKD, <br /> 304 E.
