In a letter to Shell dated, June 8, 199',5, SJCEHD approved the workplan. <br /> Fugro has performed the field work and is in the process of'preparing a subsurface investigation <br /> results report. The results report will also include the annual ground water monitoring and <br /> sampling results for the subject site. <br /> Ground water monitoring, sampling, and reporting at the•;site is being conducted on an <br /> annual basis. The annual monitoring schedule was approved in the letter from SJCEHD to Shell <br /> dated, February 8, 1994. The next monitoring and sampling event of all wells is scheduled for <br /> October 1995. <br /> We appreciate the interest of SJCEUD in this site.
