Health Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD) <br /> FOURTH QUARTER 2000 ACTIVITES <br /> Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled well MW-5 on <br /> October 16, 2000 This event was coordinated with the former Chevron station located at <br /> 301 West Kettleman Lane <br /> Wells MW-6 and MW-8 were recently installed as part of an investigation in progress at the <br /> site Three wells were proposed at this site in our October 23, 2000 Site Investigation Work <br /> Plan, but only two of the wells were installed before work was halted due to a property access <br /> issue Since well MW-6 was installed in West Kettleman Lane (not on the station property), <br /> Blaine developed and sampled this well on November 30, 2000 <br /> Oakland, C A Blaine prepared a summary table of field gauging data and gasoline constituents for both <br /> San Ramon CA sampling events Cambria prepared an additional groundwater analytical data table (Table 1), <br /> Sonoma, CA a site vicinity map (Figure 1), and a depth to groundwater/chemical concentration map <br /> Canâ–şbria (Figure 2) Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A <br /> Emmronmenta!
