DATABASE Cambria reviewed available government database information, prepared by Environmental Data Resources, Inc (EDR), to evaluate both the subject property and any listed sites within ASTM recommended search distances that could potentially impact the subject property According to the EDR report, the closest public water supply well identified near the subject property is just outside one mile of the subject property The EDR report notes two state wells that are within 1 mule of the subject property but none are within 1/4-nule Ten listings were found in EDR's search of available government records within a 114-mule radius of the subject property, in addition to the subject property The subject property is listed in six databases searched by EDR The subject property is listed on the Leaking Underground Storage Tank(LUST)database, the UST database (which shows all registered USTs), the Cal FID database (listing active and inactive UST sites), the HAZNET database that includes facilities that issue hazardous waste manifest, and the RCRIS Small Quantity Generator database The ten additional listings in the databases searched by EDR within a 1/4-mile radius of the subject property are noted below Please see Appendix B for the EDR database to review each individual site listing • No National Priorities Sites within a 114 mile of the subject property, • No CAL-SITES of known or potential hazardous substance sites, • One Cortese site with contaminated ground water from underground storage tank (UST)releases This site is within a 1/8-mule radius of the subject property, • Two Leaking UST sites of equal or higher elevation in addition to the subject property Both of these sites are within a 1/8-mile radius of the subject property, • Three sites with registered USTs in addition to the subject property These sites are within a 1/8-mule radius of the subject property, 7
