n J 6.0 RECORDS REVIEW Public agencies previously specified in the "Scope of Work" section of this report were contacted to obtain information regarding the potential existing presence of hazardous materials/wastes at the Site at levels likely to warrant current regulatory mitigation action. Unless otherwise noted, information was obtained for the Site and adjacent facilities. The in ormation obtained from public agencies is summarized hereinafter. 6.1 CVRWQCB Leaking Underground Storage T nk Information System A review of the CVRWQCB Leaking Underground Storage Tank Information System dated January 1, 2001 indicates that Discovery Chevrolet, located at 1615 ll'' Street, approximately 0.5 km (0.3 mile) east of the Site, is referenced for the release of gasoline to an aquifer affecting drinking water. The case is closed. 6.2 SJCEHD Regulatory file information was requested from the S DER for the Site and the following three facilities: • Chevron, 1960 11th Street, Map ID No. 1 • Safeway, 1950 11'x' Street i • Wallgreens, 1830 11`'Street i Files do not exist at the SJCEHD for the Site or the t ee referenced facilities on I Ph Street. The Chevron facility at 1960 11th Street, Map ID No. 1, is 1 ated on the southeast corner of I Ith Street and Corral Hollow Road, adjacent and east of the Site. The location of the Chevron facility is presented on Figure 12. A photograph of the Chevron facility is presented on Figure 13a, Photo No. 5. The Chevron facility is referenced on Table 2, Potentia Hazardous Waste Facilities. 6.3 City of Tracy Fire Prevention Division Information obtained from the City of Tracy Fire Preve ition Division indicates that a Fire Safety Inspection Report was submitted for the Site in November 2000. No violations were issued at the time of the inspection. A copy of the inspection report is presented in Appendix C. 6.4 City of Tracy Public Works Information obtained from the City of Tracy Public Works personnel indicates that the nearest municipal well is located approximately 0.4 km (0.5 mil ) east of the Site. The city provides water and sewer services to the Site. Surface water runoff from the Site drains to Placencia Field approximately 0.2 km (0.12 mile) southwest of the Site Placencia Field is an 8-hectare (20-acre) detention basin.
