n <br /> • Approximate quantity of material <br /> • Physical assessment of the material, including fri ibility and existing condition <br /> • Locations where samples were collected <br /> • Asbestos content (% and type) <br /> 7.3 Limited Lead-Based Paint Survey <br /> Geocon's procedures for the suspect LCP sampling are discussed below: <br /> • Conducted a walkthrough inspection of building inte iors and exteriors to identify suspect LCP <br /> that were visually apparent at the time of our assess ent. <br /> • Recorded the location of each type of suspect LCP id ntified during the building inspection. <br /> • Collected representative bulk samples of suspect LCP using techniques presented in the United <br /> States Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD) guidelines: <br /> • Relinquished the bulk samples to a laboratory accredited by the DHS and the NIST-NVLAP for <br /> lead analysis. <br /> Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis of bulk paint samples revealed the presence of lead at <br /> concentrations ranging from less than 580 to 250,000 m kg in buildings at the Site. <br /> The approximate sampling locations are depicted in Fig re 14. LCP at the Site were observed to be <br /> in good condition during the survey.
