EPA <br /> Method 82606 analyses must include, MtBE, TAME, TBA, DIPS, ETRE, <br /> EDB, and 1,2-DCA and, <br /> • Detectable amounts of contamination in 10' bgs soil sample will require <br /> additional vertical and lateral investigation and a groundwater <br /> investigation for those constituents arid, <br /> • If leach lines are found during trenching operations, a 'sludge' sample is to <br /> be collected and analyzed for ALL work plan constituents as well as TCLP <br /> EPA Method, as per EPA protocol 1311 and, <br /> • Unknown chemicals are stored on this site in locked bunkers, not <br /> inspected by EHD. In order to verify if wash down practices may have <br /> caused these chemicals to be introduIced into the septic system, ALL <br /> chromatograms for ALL laboratory analyses are to be included in the <br /> report submitted to EHD. Anomalies noted may require additional EPA <br /> Methodology and testing to identify the anomalies. <br />
