' 17 October 2000
!. AGE-NC Project No..98-0468
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data reviewed and collected at the site, AGE recommends:
' Continuation of the quarterly ground water monitoring program. The next quarterly ground
water monitoring event is scheduled'to be conducted in October 2000.
' Preparation of a work plan to further assess the lateral and vertical extent of the hydrocarbon'
impacted soil and ground water.
6.0. LIMITATIONS
AGE's professional services were performed using that degree of care and-skill ordinarily exercised
by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based upon
analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the geologic/hydrogeoiogic
' conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation were made from a limited number of
available data points (i.e., monitoring well ground water samples) and subsurface conditions'may
vary beyond these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the
10 professional recommendations contained in this report.
' Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
