Project No 58080-06-01C <br /> August 31, 1994 <br />' improvements at the site include an approximately 1,600 square-foot single-story restaurant <br /> building on the northeastern portion of the site, adjacent asphalt-paved access drives and <br /> ' parking areas, and perimeter concrete flatwork and landscaping The existing site <br /> improvements are depicted on the Site Plan, Figure 2 <br /> ' PURPOSE OF ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> The purpose of the environmental engineering services was to perform research, compile <br /> previously obtained data, and perform groundwater monitoring and exploratory borings to <br /> ' obtain additional information concerning the reported petroleum hydrocarbon impacts to the <br /> soil and groundwater at the site The research performed focused on the general historical <br /> usage of the site and the associated storage, usage or disposal of petroleum hydrocarbon fuels <br /> ' that may have resulted in the reported impacts to the soil and groundwater <br /> ' SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The environmental engineering services were performed on a phased iterative task basis to <br /> organize and review the data obtained and to assist in the formulation of the subsequent tasks <br /> ' The tasks performed to date, as outlined in the previously referenced FDIC "Scope of Work" <br /> and Geocon's "Proposal" include the following <br /> Task I - Quarterly Groundwater Sampling and Analysis <br /> ' Task 2 - Soil Vapor Survey <br /> - 3 - <br />
