The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DENNYS RESTAURANT as of February10, 2020. <br /> Open violations from August 14, 2019 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #8 -Failed to submit a training program or program is not reasonable or adequate for facility. <br /> A training program was not submitted. <br /> Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include safety <br /> procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, <br /> familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These training programs may take into <br /> consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #9 - Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to <br /> date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) annually. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year.
