MS-87-20 subject to the <br /> following conditions : <br /> 1 . A Reciprocal Parking Agreement shall be recorded between <br /> Parcel A and B prior to recordation of the parcel map. A copy <br /> of that agreement shall be submitted to the Planning Division. <br /> 2 .
