That an 8 ' wide roadway dedication is required on <br /> Thornton Rd along the frontage of Parcel A and Parcel <br /> B. <br /> b. The frontage improvements for Thornton Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 96 ` right of way City of Stockton Street. The <br /> construction of may be deferred at the option of the <br /> Department of Public Works, in which event the <br /> owners(s) shall execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement prior to approval of the Parcel Map. At such <br /> time as actual construction takes place. <br /> 2. LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Connect all proposed development to public water and <br /> public sewage. <br /> 3. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION - <br /> a. Exterior walls of both buildings which are less than <br /> 20' from the proposed property line shall be of one- <br /> hour , fire-resistive contruction' <br /> 4. PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. A Reciprocal Parking Agreement shall be recorded <br /> between Parcel A and B prior to recordation of the <br /> parcel map. A copy of that agreement shall be submitted <br /> to the Planning Division. <br /> b. The existing parking stalls in front of the existing <br /> building shall be redesigned or relocated to conform to <br /> the provisions of the Planning Title. <br />
