Cose regarding the <br /> effect the action proposed by the Alvarez ' s would have on the <br /> assessments made on the affected properties . <br /> In reviewing this situation it was learned that the parcel <br /> created for the purpose of retaining the homesite for Pedro and <br /> Lucille Alvarez had already been sold to Mr .
