CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-87-14 <br /> ALBERT & MARIANNE WARMERDAM <br /> 1 . Department of Public Works : <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, and grading, shall be submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval . An encroachment permit is <br /> required for work within the Victor Road right-of-way. <br /> b. Legal access to Parcel A from a public road shall be pro- <br /> vided. <br /> 2 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading permit will be required for the excavating or <br /> filling of earth material . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted to the Building <br /> Inspection Division and shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B.C. Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006( 1 ) . <br /> c . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor-- <br /> porated in the grading plans. <br /> 3 . Planning Division: <br /> A solid vegative screen shall be planted along the north side <br /> of the storage ponds. If shrubs are used, they shall be a <br /> minimum 5-gallon size, planted 10 feet on center ; if trees <br /> are used, they shall be a minimum 15-gallon size, planted 20 <br /> feet on center. <br /> NOTE: Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-87-17 shall be <br /> recorded prior to issuance of any permits for the waste <br /> water storage facility. <br />
